I, the Applicant herein hereby declare that I am eligible to possess / to hold and use
firearms and that I will not use any of the skills that I may acquire during my firearm training and participation in Stra
Shooting Sports' (Stra) events for any illegal purposes. I also certify that the information supplied by me in this form is true
and correct and I hereby authorize Stra to verify said information in any manner it may deem necessary.

Should Stra accept my application for membership and permit me to participate in firearms training and shooting activities
whether in Trinidad & Tobago or abroad, I, with the intent to bind my executors or administrators, heirs or assigns hereby
agree to indemnify and to keep Stra and its officers indemnified against all suits, claims, demands or other action which I may
otherwise have in respect of my death, personal injury and loss or damage of whatever nature which I may suffer by reason
of my taking part in any of the activities organized or authorized by Stra including firearms training, shooting or related
matters and further agree not to file any claim or action or to take any action whatsoever against Stra or its directors or
officers.

I hereby confirm and declare that I have read and understood the various provisions and stipulations contained in this
application form, including the indemnity provisions, and I agree to all said provisions and stipulations, and I further give the
undertaking that if admitted as a member of Stra I will comply with all lawful instructions of the officers of Stra.
